From the very start Kim was welcoming and attentive; she really concentrated on what I was looking for and put no pressure on me to look at or pick dresses out of my budget or not my style. There was a great selection of dresses from amazingly good value sale dresses to top-end designer dresses, which were ordered by style in the shop making it easier when looking through which to try on. They all had price tags on so it was always transparent what you'd be spending. I never felt rushed or pressured and the whole experience was so much fun and felt very bespoke! Kim is clearly hugely knowledgable, experienced and honest. I'd recommend Burr Bridal 100%."

"Had the best experience at Burr Bridal. After having an awful experience at another shop, Kim went above and beyond to make this perfect for me. There was no pressure or stress and I wasn't rushed. I tried on probably around 10 dresses and she really listened to what I liked and didn't like. She even picked out some dresses for me which I loved as she knows what's she's talking about. There's so many dresses to choose from but the shop wasn't overcrowded and you could actually look at the dresses properly. The shop had such a cozy atmosphere and Kim really makes you feel at home. The dresses were so reasonably priced too. And most importantly I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!"

"Just want to say a big thank you to Kim. I had looked everywhere for wedding dresses and then I found 2 that I loved at Burr Bridal. It was tricky picking between the 2 but thankfully Kim had some great advice and was very patient with me. I definitely picked the right one and I felt absolutely amazing in it on the day. We also hired our men's suits from Burr. Kim was great at arranging times for the boys to go in and get fit. They were all perfect on the day and made the boys look very smart.
