Return Window: You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return, including sale items.
Return Condition: To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in unworn and original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, a refund will not be issued.
Refund Processing: We strive to process all refunds and exchanges within 2 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your accounts.
Please note that the delivery cost for items shipped via Special Delivery is £12, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
Kindly note that this returns policy exclusively applies to online purchases and does not pertain to any items bought in-store.
The return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we require that returns be sent via Special Delivery, covering the goods for loss or damage. We do not offer free returns at this time.
